Archaeological Excavation - Grey Mare Field and Tenants Hill

We hope to be conducting two or three excavations in the area. One will be on a field boundry looking to see if there are sarsens hidden under the bank. Another will be on the round house in the Tenants Hil field finishing off a previous excavation. We might also open up other trenches depending on what we find/ weather/ landowner consent. The Grey Mare is a 10 minute walk from car parking, Tenants Hill 20 minutes. 

No prior experience is required, we will teach you all you need to know. 

We will be undertaking work that can potentially be strenous. We will take breaks during the day but please be aware of this. Please communicate any concerns or requirements you might have on the booking form.
