About the event
Geophysical survey is a research method that uses various techniques to 'look beneath the soil' without disturbing it. The primary method will be magnetometry. It covers the ground quickly but you will need to be 'metal free' i.e. no replacement hips, metal zips or eyelets on clothing. You will also need to be capable of standing for periods of time and walking in straight line!! We will provide all the instruction that you need.Â
No experience is required.
